Passenger Transport Compliance
The information in this document is publicly available USDOT Compliance data for passenger transport companies compiled by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The below information was found on the website. That website site is regularly updated as additional inspections are performed, and you should review the latest information regarding a motor carrier before signing a contract.
FMCSA defines an Out of Service (OOS) violation as one severe enough that it must be corrected before the affected vehicle or driver is allowed to return to service. The current National OOS rate is 21.4% for vehicles and 6.0% for drivers.

Request these companies to identify the bus carrier in their quote, proposal or contract. A review of that bus company’s USDOT compliance data must be made prior to contracting with a TNC.
