This guidance is for any Unit considering installing and operating an Outdoor Wood Boiler (OWB).

This guidance is for any Unit that needs to determine if they are subject to NYSDECs NOx RACT rules for small boilers and what the requirements of that rule are. This guidance document is applicable to Cornell’s Ithaca campus, including facilities in the immediate surrounding area that may not be directly on the central campus.
