This document provides details of documents and requirements that are mandated by the State of New York and identifies the process of annual review and update of the program that determines the objectives and targets.

The purpose of these procedures is to ensure that Cornell University employees maintain and operate Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) in a safe manner and do so in accordance with all OSHA Standards and other regulatory compliance codes. This program requires that only trained and authorized operators s hall be permitted to operate an AWP.
