Hot Work Program Protected Document
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Fire Code of New York State(FCNYS) require facilities to develop procedures to protect both human health and the facility itself from the hazards posed by hot work in the workplace. This program is intended to provide the Cornell University community with the guidance necessary to comply with these regulations.
Incidental Asbestos Disturbance (SOP 002)
This procedure reviews the proper response to the disturbance of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) or Presumed Asbestos Containing Material (PACM).
Indoor Air Quality Assessments Protected Document
The objectives of this standard procedure include the following: to maintain indoor air quality within acceptable levels according to ASHRAE and OSHA guidelines; and to respond to indoor quality concerns effectively and to make recommendations for improvement.
